This five-session recorded webinar series from July 2014 will present a comprehensive review of the behavior and design recommendations for anchoring fixtures to concrete. After listening to knowledgeable instructors and working through both simple and more complex problems, you should have the tools needed to design structural connections to concrete using the anchor design provisions of ACI 318-11.

During these webinars, there will be extensive discussion and reference to Appendix D of ACI 318-11, and SP-17(11) Volume 2. It may be helpful to have these resources handy. If you would like to purchase these items, please visit the ACI Store.

The following modules are included:

Session 1: Anchorage to Concrete, Session 1 of 5: Introduction

Session 2: Anchorage to Concrete, Session 2 of 5: Tension and Shear Design

Session 3: Anchorage to Concrete, Session 3 of 5: Designs with Combined Tension and Shear

Session 4: Anchorage to Concrete, Part 4 of 5: Installer Certification and Anchoring Specifications

Session 5: Anchorage to Concrete, Part 5 of 5: Design Examples
