This is a recorded webinar series from May 13,14, 2024.This webinar series is for Engineers, and designers involved in the design of concrete slabs-on-ground. 1. Compare various joint types and load transfer methods.2. Summarize the theoretical background for current analytical procedures and design aids.3. Discuss design examples for unreinforced slabs, shrinkage compensating concrete, post-tensioned slabs, and use of conventional and fiber reinforcement.4. Identify causes, effects and mitigation of shrinkage and curling.
