It highlights industry-wide efforts in Canada to reduce embodied carbon through Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), evolving design and procurement practices, and real-world decarbonization strategies including the ConcreteZero Action Plan and precast innovation. It also emphasizes how producers, contractors, and industry organizations across Canada are collaborating to improve transparency, benchmarking, and carbon reduction in construction materials.
