This module is based on RAP5(03)- Surface Repair Using Form-and-Pump Techniques. The document is intended as a voluntary field guide for the owner, design professional, and concrete repair contractor interested in performing surface repairs using form-and-pump techniques. The document was developed by ACI Committee E706 and approved by the ACI Educational Activities Committee.
